Terms of Service

Welcome to the website of Petro Marketing Advisors. By accessing our website or purchasing our productized packages, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service.

1. Scope of Engagement

Our packages (Sprint, Launch, and Scale) represent defined-scope, productized marketing deliverables as specified on our website. Work begins on the Monday following kickoff questionnaire completion and a kickoff call. Any additions beyond the defined SOW must be purchased separately as add-ons.

2. Payment Infrastructure

All self-serve packages are processed via Stripe Checkout. Sprint packages require 100% upfront payment. Launch and Scale packages may be split 50% upfront and 50% at the project midpoint milestone.

3. Refund Guarantee Policy

Under our 72-hour confidence guarantee, you may request a 100% refund within 72 hours of purchase, provided the project kickoff call has not occurred. After the kickoff call, refunds are issued on a prorated basis for deliverables not yet started.
